    Step 1: Learn to use your sights(Left Trigger) more effectively. If the enemy is close to your aiming cursor while your gun is down and you bring your sights up, you will briefly snap to the enemy. Step 2: Stay hidden. Don't stand in the open. Try to hug the walls as often as possible and sprint(Left Analog Button) from cover spot to cover spot. Crouch(tap B Button) and prone(hold B Button) are your friends. Step 3: Cook your grenades(Right Bumper Button for frag, Left Bumper Button for Special). Hold your frag grenades, and let the fuse run down a little before you throw. It will catch the enemy by surprise, and they won't have the time to run for cover. There is plenty of other things to learn, but these should be learned first.
