Cal sucks at PVP

The genesis of my PVP experience, using a level 19 Bear Shaman. A good example of what not to do, including but not limited to - turning your back, accidentally spinning the middle mouse wheel so that you have a blank combat shortcut bar, and hanging around the same area when you just got pwned.

This confused me so much that all I could do was hop around and die. My solution has been to create multiple identical quickbars up to about #5. If there is a better one, I'd like to know it.
